At Droopbuy, our mission is to provide a smooth and secure online shopping experience. Please read the following policy to understand our shipping and cancellation processes.
All orders placed on www.droopbuy.com will be delivered to the single shipping address provided at checkout. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
We currently only accept and ship orders to the USA and the UK. Shipping to any other countries is not available at this time.
Orders are delivered through reliable international courier partners. We reserve the right to change logistics partners as needed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Droopbuy only accepts advance payments via secure online methods, including credit/debit cards or supported digital wallets.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

USA: 7–10 working days
UK: 6–8 working days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
If any product in your order is temporarily out of stock, we may ship the order in separate packages.
You will receive:
An order confirmation email after successful order placement.
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@droopbuy.com. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch, which is typically within 4 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel your order:
Log in to your Droopbuy account and go to Manage Your Order to cancel.
If you do not have an account, please create one using the email used to place the order, then follow the same steps.
If your order has not been shipped, cancellation will be confirmed within 2 working days, and you will receive an email confirmation.
If you paid in advance, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
