Return Policy

At Droopbuy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all products are carefully checked and securely packed before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a valid reason, we’re here to help.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

You can request a return or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Clearance or final sale items


2. RETURN WINDOW

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.
Please email us at support@droopbuy.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the item (showing the damage/issue)

  • A brief explanation of the problem


3. RETURN PROCESS

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive instructions to ship the item back to us.

  2. The item must be returned within 7 days of approval, in its original condition and packaging.

  3. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. REFUND PROCESS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method (credit/debit card or online wallet).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.


5. NO CASH REFUNDS

Since we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), all refunds will be made online only. No cash refunds will be issued.


6. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SHIPPING

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may cancel it by emailing us at support@droopbuy.com within 4 hours of placing the order. If already paid, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.


7. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report it within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide order number and photos as proof

  • We will either replace the item or process a full refund based on availability
